A birthday gift I gave Spix last year... I used to be quite happy with this but now I feel... :| Decided to post here still at the end still, I guess.

And yeah, trying DA once more. Sorry if I upset anyone before that I just went missing for some time.

Aaah...!!

Your use of color has me floored, Hammy! This is spectacular!

I just love the sense of motion here, with the darker edges framing the lighter center and Sphish's form adding to the round movement.

Those subtle ripples are a great touch, and I love the transluscence of the lilypad leaves. They drew my eyes upwards and then I noticed the dock/bridge on the top left.

Great use of the message in a bottle concept. This is just so whimsical and gorgeous. Eeeeee. Nette must have loved it!

Thankyou Ox-of-Ice!! Long time no see! (my fault though hehe). How have you been? I need to catch up with some people here more. And thankyou so much for your comments. :) I'm happy you liked this too! I hope Spix still likes it as well, it was a lot of fun to draw arts for friends, one of the biggest thing that motivates me to do arts and share with people somehow. X)

Your coloring skills have always amazed me beyond anything else ;_; Its so simple yet gorgeous! GAH, if I had a bigger vocabulary I would be able to compliment you more but for now I'll just leave it at "amazing" XD;

Kheleksul~~ Yeah, I guess I finally did. xD I didn't want to post this one at first and had been working on a new piece, but as of late something is getting me down quite badly that I can't seem to find the mood to finish it off up until now. Yet I really felt like posting something here to break the silence.

Backgrounds are fun to draw for me, I guess. So sometimes I do spend a lot of time in them because it just kind of keep me challenged! ^^
